RUN. Overpriced & the braiders don't know the difference between traditional box braids & knotless braids. I noticed my hair was two different sizes & looked different while two ladies worked on my head. When I brought it to the ladies' attention, one of the ladies appeared to be frustrated that SHE made a mistake & attempted to stare at me like it was MY fault. The owner came over & they had to re-do a portion of my head. I was so frustrated that I grabbed a comb to speed up the process. After re-doing that section it still wasn't done correctly & they thought I didn't notice but I was over it & was ready to go by this point. When I checked out the owner was actually going to charge me the full price ! When I reminded her of the mishap ( & note my hair was STILL not done correctly ) she took off $10 & had an attitude about it. I wont even look in the direction of this shop ever again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Their prices are ridiculous; they overcharge and try to act like they are doing you a favor. I have gotten neck length kinky twist before and they charged me $230 for them. Mind you, this hair style is one I have frequently done every summer for the last 5 years and prior to coming to them (just moved back to the area), I have paid no more than $180 for kinky twist same length. The first time, the lady also took 9 hours to complete them and did not do a good job finishing the ends, they were coming undone before I even left the shop and she did a terrible job curling them. She also told me $180 at first then charged me $240 when she "finished." Today, I went in for box braids, when making the appt., I was told $190+ on the phone; I got bra length medium sized box braids, I also wanted an ombre color. They did not give me ombre, the color was mixed in with the black throughout and when I noticed it and called it out, they tried to convince me that it was ombre like I was stupid and not looking at the hair in the mirror (gaslighting). The lady also told me ig will cost $250, actually she said "for you, $250 because usually it cost $260" like she was doing me a favor and again like I am not aware of what the actual cost should be; she ALSO did not complete the ends fully and tried to make them smooth with gel and moose and hairspray after they won't sit smoothly post hot water. Bra length medium sized braids should be $180 - $190 which is what I have paid numerous times before plus she wasn't even doing them in the style I wanted. I have given them one too many chances and absolutely will not be going back there. Save your money, time and avoid being talked to like your stupid or being gaslighted.

This is the worse shop. The young lady which you walk to the left has the worse attitude very unprofessional and rude. They talk about is in this shop like a dog but would she didn't realized I understood everything she said about me. Who messed up two braids. they were uneven and was coming out. please don't waste your time going here.

I usually don't write bad reviews because Iike to give people the benefit of the doubt but after over a decade plus of being a loyal customer of Rally's I had to post. I will absolutely NEVER EVER return. My last experience was absolutely my last experience. I had an amazing braider (Yaz) who I exclusively saw for all my styles. Passion twists, knotless, marley twists..you name it, I've done it. Needless to say on this day that I made an appointment I came in as usual with washed hair and my own hair (this style they didn't provide the hair and it was over $260 for install) and I was not only told that my braider wasn't there but I couldn't come in the next day because she didn't work Sundays. I got no call. No message. Nothing. I wasted time, gas and money with buying this hair. The only thing I was told (and only once I was there) was that "her back was hurting and she talked to her last night" by the owner. I understand injury. I understand illness. But you didn't bother to call the client that night or even that morning to let them know. No apology. No resolution. I walked out that day and never went back. Yaz is great but I will never spend my hard earned money on people who don't know customer service and basic decency for loyal customers. I found another braider 10 minutes away and half the price. They are also much faster and appreciate their customers. They've lost a client forever. In the grand scheme I'm sure my money doesn't matter but more folks will experience the same issue and that'll reflect badly eventually. Good luck to all who are loyal. That "loyalty" expires afterwhile.

Rally's I got my hair crocheted on a Saturday and it was coming out by Sunday. I called to complain and the owner was very gracious. She told me to pick my day and come back to have my hair fixed. I came when she said. However, she was not present in the shop. I was told to sit down and they would get to me. I waited almost an hour. The feeling in the shop was uncomfortable and VERY unprofessional. One of the braiders was extremely rude to the point of sucking her teeth! I felt that they were angry with me for coming back in to have my hair fixed. The tone in the shop was ridiculous! It took almost 2 hours to fix my twists. It was not a good experience especially for the amount of money that I paid.
