R-Nails in Harrisburg, NC

Three times I've come here and unfortunately my experience was underwhelming. The first time I wasn't impressed with the customer service. Most recently I got gel nails and they chipped after three days. A perk is that I was able to get in with no wait the day before Thanksgiving so I had cute nails for the holiday. Also a perk is that when I went back a week later to have the gel removed and my nails painted with regular polish there was no fuss and I received a coupon for a future service. I don't think I'll be back though. Small shop so I was trying to be supportive but I don't have money to burn.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to. I had the worst experience ever.  I went to get dip nails right before the pandemic. I was the only person in the salon for about 45 minutes which was long considering dip nails usually take about 20 minutes to complete.  First of all the old hag that couldn't stop coughing and sits up front, shaped my nails like it's her first time doing nails.  When I complained about it she wasn't pleased and took things to another level of bad.  Second, the gel was super thick and fake looking.  I brought that to her attention and she tried to fix it but it got worst.  She filed it so thin in some spots that the white gel she used as base was exposed.  I brought that to her attention and now she was pissed because people were coming in and she wanted to get rid of me.  Third, she stopped doing my nails and started doing another client's nails while I waited patiently.  After about 20 minutes she came back to me only to mess things up more.  After she put the final coat on my nails they bubbled and looked really bad as if a 5 year old did them.  By now more than 2 hours elapsed since she started my nails. I calmly told the woman that I wasn't satisfied and that I would be back the next day for her to fix my nails.  She now created a scene in front of the other clients and started yelling that I didn't want to pay her (wrong! I own my own business and make high six figure).  She yelled at me stating that she would remove the powder.
I informed her that I had to get home to my children because by then I missed several calls from my husband because I told him that I would be back within 45 minutes. She grabbed my hands and proceeded to file the polish off and tried to dip my hands into acetone.  I allowed her to file one hand but thought about it and informed her that she was harassing me by grabbing my hands.  She managed to file 3 fingers from my other hand but I stopped her and stood up. I thought about stooping to her level and yell back but I couldn't bring myself to do it; so I calmly walked out of the salon and headed home.  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A FLY TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN.  I LEAVE IT UP TO GOD TO HANDLE NASTY PEOPLE.  I'm sure this business will suffer and I hope people will read this review and go to another salon.  The salon across the street near publix is very clean and they know what customer service is all about.

GO HERE!!! BEST PLACE 10/10 and for only $10!!!! They really take their time on your brows to have you looking right

First time I came here it was not very good my and my twin hade a good time but when I came for my turn I wanted gold glitter and she was like no pretty with purple and I said no then she tried to put it on me anyway I said no and she was mad so 1 star

When I was there I walked into an empty salon with one person in there we sat in the chair and I sat there and I was getting my feet done and my nails done when my cousin was sitting there not even getting anything done and it cost $16 just for nails and feet for both of us The place was dirty and the workers was just getting around doing nothing on the phone do not go there ever.
