This place doesn't exist- I called the number listed and made an appt based on the reviews and after browsing the price menu shown. I got the appt and the name on the building is Qute Nails? I looked at the Yelp listing and the phone and address match, I pulled up Qute Nails and Spa and it's the same info but without the same pics and reviews. When I got inside I asked if it was 180 Nail Bar? She asked if I had an appt? I asked again if it was 180 Nail Bar, she nodded and said take chair 6. She handed me a menu ranging from $35 to $85?? $85 for a pedicure? I chose the deluxe for $55 and got a timid rub, lazy sugar scrub and she wore head phones the entire time. When I asked her a question she either ignored me or couldn't hear me. When I asked for more pressure for my massage, again- no response. When I went to pay she said $70, I told her I chose the $55 deluxe, she said bcuz of the polish I chose it's $70- I paid, no tip. Beware. ***I gave two stars bcuz the paraffin wax was nice, hot stone after was a joke.
Great place, friendly service. I came here for a gel pedicure and manicure. I was very happy with my sets and would definitely come again.
First time here and I loved it! Super clean and the staff was really nice. The deluxe pedi awesome!!!
Love this place!! They're so friendly and do such a good job! I've popped around looking for "my spot" and I've finally found it
Go to Cosmospa Nails on Bryant Blvd and ask for Nguyen (win). I came here because the owner of Cosmospa had to leave for a family emergency. I really needed my nails done that day due to a graduation the following Monday so I called around and made an appointment with 180 Nail bar. I had dip powder on my nails and was adamant that I did not want the nail techs to use drills on my natural nails and to just soak the dip off and only use drills once the dip powder was applied. They made it seem like it was an issue and that they had to use drills on my natural nails. So instead of dip I asked for shellac. I got passed to another nail tech for that service who proceeded to start up a drill. I told her I did NOT want drills on my natural nails. So, I got passed yet again to another nail tech. While they were trying to convince me that they had to use the drills I told them how Nguyen at cosmo spa is the reason why my nails are so healthy because he never ruined my nails with drills like everyone else I have ever gone to. Once I said his name, the nail techs started bad mouthing him. I got really uncomfortable in the conversation due to it. The tech who applied my shellac did a good job with painting my nails but the shape was bad. They were filed crooked and some nails longer than others so I fixed it when I got home. My friend went with me and got a shellac manicure and was not so lucky. Her paint was clumpy and her cuticles weren't clipped clean.
