I went there yesterday to get my nails done for my wedding on Saturday I told them exactly what I wanted, and did I get that NO! the man that did my nails proceeds to tell me this looks better and that he does everyone who has a wedding with these certain nails! which again I did not like ! And then they are starting to close so he rushes doesn't clean my nails out right and doesn't even do the design I want 65 bucks I went home in absolute tears it's my wedding day one time I want to special and now I look like I have Easter eggs on my damn hands! NEVER GOING BACK !!!
I went to this salon last week for a manicure and pedicure. The woman that did my pedicure did a fantastic job and was super nice. The man that did my manicure however was not. He got frustrated with me after I told him my nails were not rounded out correctly and told me to "be patient" ... he still didn't round them correctly (I asked for almond shape) ... It's been ONE week since I've been there and my $65 set of acrylic gel nails are already messed up. There were air bubbles on multiple of my nails and he didn't even bother to fix that either, now my nails are chipping and the bubbles have popped, this is the worst manicure I have ever received and I will NOT be going back to this place ever again. Do not tell me to "be patient" whenever I know that it does not look correct. Do your job correctly and treat your customers better.
Worse service ever. I was being charged for $70 for gel. I usually pay $35 in other nail salons. But thus far, never again. My nails were thinned the f out. I left with my nails broken and I still had to pay. I ended up not getting them done. This place can't do ombré either unless you get tips. It's so unnecessary. I do not recommend this place.
Had a mani/pedi on a Saturday and by Monday my shellac manicure was chipping off on three of my nails. The manicure was the most painful one I've had--the manicurist cut my cuticles and not only did it hurt but she cut into my skin and caused bleeding. She also got the shellac polish on my clothing and on an expensive David Yurman bracelet. The shellac was applied in lumps and dried that way and looked terrible. The pedicure was mediocre but fine. Also, this salon doesn't have matching nail polish if you request a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure, you have to pick two different shades that are hopefully similar. Won't be returning.
