Queens Nails in Madison, AL

I love coming to this nail salon ! I always feel welcomed and get so many compliments on my nails ! There service here is awesome. There always so attentive to my needs and wants !

They do excellent work. Alex has an amazing eye for detail, shape, design, and he really takes his time. I changed my mind on color and he was so patient and helped me find a better color. I sent my mom to him too and she said, Alex is the best around!!!

I got dip nails done here this past Friday and within HOURS the nails were cracking. By day 2, every single nail had cracks through them and you could see the top coat peeling away. Today is day 4 and the top coat is starting to completely come off. I typically go to aquatic nails and the dip nails they do for me last 4 weeks without any of these things happening because I take extremely good care of my nails. I will not ever be going back. It was a complete waste of $52.

As of today, I was told to call so they could "make me happy again", explained why I called, and the person who answered said "okay" and then hung up on me. I'll be adjusting my 2 star to a 1 star review. Please issue me a refund.

I called to see if they had availability at 11 AM or 11:15 AM, to which Alex said yes for 11 AM. I arrived and there were THREE people ahead of me. One was wrapping up, but the remaining two were just getting started & there was only two workers. I should have listened to my instincts then and left; however, I've gone to Alex at two different salons & liked his work, so I stayed. I waited 35+ mins for them to wrap up and call me to a chair.

Originally I signed up for to have both my nails and feet done but since I waited 35+ mins (EVEN THOUGH I CALLED PRIOR TO COMING) I no longer wanted my nails done.

Get the pedicure and it is TRASH, horrendous. There is polish everywhere BUT on the actual nail beds. I told Alex that I didn't have time for them to fix it then bc I needed to get back to work. I called back up there when I got back home/work to see if Alex could fix the mess of a pedicure today once I was off. NOW Alex knows how to say he's "busy." He told me he's busy at 6 PM after stuttering around for a 1 min or so and it sounded like he had the damn audacity to have an attitude.

Nah. Don't waste your time or money here. First and LAST time here.

Y'all go somewhere else.. It was my first time here because I've seen how beautiful their work was on Facebook, YALL lmao I got bamboozaled. I came for a fill and pedi. Pedi was alright and my fill was just awful... I mean, if you can't do a fill just say that! Acrylic was over my cuticles, they feel really heavy, thick, uneven application, they said it's an ombré( yall lied). The shapes and yes I said shapes because they're all different! Just freaking ew! I left in tears. Like REAL tears. Not to mention that ugly things cost me 40$. I wouldn't mind if it was beautiful but damn it's ugly af and it's expensive!
