This is my only place to go for nail care! Henry, Katie, Anna and Ben are all excellent. I make appointments ahead of time. They are skilled and caring.
Went with a friend and the Girl was not interested in doing my pedicure. Biggest waste of $40 ever. I was in town visiting, so I won't be back. I had to go get them done again when I got home.
one nail fell off the day after getting them done and one recently fell off randomly. Would not recommend going here .. i will not be back.
I went here because I needed my nails done and it was the closest to my house. I usually go to another place. I was worked on immediately. The nail tech who serviced me was very judgmental and quite unwilling to meet my simple expectations. I just wanted my dip powder set removed, and to get my nails cut all the way down and gel polished. Simple enough. I was made to feel bad for wanting to go back to gel polish. He repeatedly kept bringing it up as if to shame me. Then when I asked if my nails could be filed evenly, I was told "lines won't be perfect" and that I was "too picky." Asking for evenly filed nails is the only thing I even spoke up about. After all of that, my nails were decently done, but I've definitely had better. I will be going back to my usual place next time, as he kept asking could I not have found another place closer to home than to come inside of US Nails. I will never be going back.
My boyfriend told me to go get my nails done as a early birthday present... I've never been so upset leaving a nail salon. The guy was hurting my cuticles and burning my nails the entire timer did not prep the tips correctly. The nails are so thin and have no apex. And he argued that with me about what shape I wanted. I said skinny square and he said oh like coffin and I said yes but I want them short or medium and he goes well you can't get coffin then. I said I know that and that's why I told you skinny square. He gave me flair nails. Half of them are slanted on the top even after me telling him to fix it. And it looks like a child painted them because my cuticles are so flooded. Oh and their prices are a complete lie I paid $50 for this horrible set. Do not go here for acrylics.
