This place has gone down hill. I was going there for years, my nail tech was named Tina. I always booked early appointments. She started coming in later and later causing me to be late for other appointments I had scheduled. The prices with her would change when the wind blows. She would do what she wanted to do with me nails. This place has no loyalty to longtime customers. The customer services is horrible.

I've been going to this place for over 20 years. I've had good techs but each time I'm satisfied with them they leave and go someplace else I should have taken heed to that myself. But long story short I settled I'm with TINA. We've had our ups and downs over the years but basically they were resolved and we moved on. BUT on November 5th the day after my birthday I went there to get a full set and asked Tina to put Rhinestones on my ring fingers with my design. Well she did but they were all different sizes some big and some small. So I left not realizing the sizes until I hot in my car. So I went back in and told Tina that some are too big, she said NO! Same size, I said no they are not. Do we went back and forth for a few minutes. So I asked Andrew one of the make techs. He put on his glasses and looked at them very closely and said yea Tina some are bigger. She kept insisting that they were the same size in which I knew they weren't She said something in her language with a frown on her face and pointed to her chair she took one rhinestone off and replaced it with the same size. So I proceeded to tell her NO Tina it's still not right. So I thought you know what I'm not going to argue with this B____! I told her well know this I will NOT be back! The expression on her face told me she was really shocked. She tried to call me 4-5 times , her husband called me and she even called my daughter. She knew she was wrong but Too late for any apology I've had enough of Queen Nails. In addition to this they call themselves a spa. Usually you get relaxation at a spa but not this place they are very loud and unruly talking among themselves. I've complained to Paul about how irritating it is he said well customers talk loud too and I cant do anything about the techs talking to each other. He even went on to say Mimi even talk Loud when she is here. I should have left then!! Also this is not the cleanest and professional place to visit. I really hate to trash them this way but this was my last time of being pissed. And to add one more thing regarding TINA is he is almost NEVER on time for your appointment time. You would think because you had to wait she would offer 10% or 20% discount but you don't even get an apology for her lateness. So find a more professional and clean place to visit for your nail needs This Is Not The Place. One thing for sure they need our business more than we need them it is too much competition in the Waldorf area. Good Riddance to Tina and to Queen Nails. I'm officially DONE this time.

This was my second pedicure here and my last. The first one was OK and $45. At that time I noticed that the tools used on me were not packaged or taken out of a autoclave or anything. I let it go but this time when I went in I actually saw all the tools being used on the person right before me and not cleaned or sterilized. This made me extremely nervous. The shop is cluttered and not particularly clean. To make things worse the person doing my pedicure rushed it because there was another customer waiting. She was very rough and I had to actually ask her not to be so rough that she was hurting me. She then charged me $50. And the second pedicure was not near as nice as the first one. For a pedicure go elsewhere.

I went to get gel polish on my natural nails which were already very long, even and healthy. This is my normal routine but had been a minute since I went so no polish to remove. I didnt want a manicure or anything else. She asked me what I wanted I told her do not cut down my nails, just file in a square shape and polish. She proceeded to acknowledge what I said, and cuts my pinky nail all the way off. Ok so now I'm getting polish and my nails shortened. Whatever I'm not happy but they grow back and theres no fixing it now. She proceeded to super overfile my nails because she did them uneven to the point where I had one side of my nails square while the other side was round. After it's all said and done she took over an hour to do gel polish which was ridiculous. My nails look good although super short when they're finished and she did a good job with the polish. I tell her to tip $5 (half of my normal tip) when she goes to run my card. I still tip her a little bit because I should have just made time to go to my regular spot and I'm sure the chick who did my nails has bills like the rest of us. She was really really sweet regardless. Then she proceeds to run my card for $20 the price of my gel polish. And then runs my card again for $25 cause she forgot her tip the first time around. I was pretty pissed over this she said she canceled the first one but it's still pending at my bank. Not cool she should have ran it again for $5. And asked me what I wanted to do beforehand. You cant just go around running peoples cards whenever you want. Not ok. And yes the other reviews are right, its loud and some guy there who looks like hes mid 60s dressed like hes 20 talked non stop about going out and partying and this place is filthy. 1/10 would not recommend.

My regular nail tech is on vacation so I came here for a pedicure (Nobody touches my hands but Miss Cash at happy nails in Clinton, Md). But anyway, I needed a pedi so I came to Queen nails. I got there pretty much at the time of open so I didn't have to wait. The shop is old so it looks worn and not shiny and sleek like many of the new shops do. I was given a price for my request, the request was done. I was satisfied with the basic pedi. I didn't see any bugs like other guest have mentioned but maybe I just lucked out.
