Absolutely LOVED how my hair turned out. To begin with the lady whom I was going to prior to Lorena wasn't it anymore, I had chunks of highlights rather than streaks!! Lorena took about 30 minutes in the beginning to try ad study my hair and see how she can go about it. I LOVED that. I have never felt so happy with my hair!! It's healthy, beautiful hair cut and the highlights are beautiful! She really does take her time and explain as she goes so make your appointment when you know you have free time, don't rush her lol. I spoke to Lorena after I purchased a Groupon to see if she uses any keratin products that are safe for nursing mothers. She told me she has an "organic" keratin that was safe but would be an extra $50. I agreed and went in the next day. Her "organic" keratin fried my hair! She then tried to say that the only way the product could react that way is if my hair is relaxed which it is NOT. She kept saying my hair must be relaxed which offends me. Not every black woman relaxes their hair! I've been doing keratins for the last 7 years! Her "organic" keratin is just terrible! I had her rinse out the product and then she put some protein in it and continued straightening it. When she was finished, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay cash or credit. After I asked her why was she still trying to charge me, she said she'll only charge me $30. Well there went your tip! I left the salon with waxy hair that I can't run a comb through! She tried to offer me two free visits to do treatments but NO THANK YOU! I will not give her another chance to ruin my hair and I have a one month old that I breastfeed! I don't have time to waste. Especially 3 hours!

Just had a Brazilian blowout and a haircut done with Lorena last week. I am SO impressed!! I've been getting blowouts for 4 years now and this is easily the best experience I've had so far. My hair feels incredible and Lorena was so nice and accommodating. Best part is that it's extremely affordable compared to other salons. I definitely recommend :)
