TERRIBLE SERVICE! Made an appt 2 weeks in advance, gave my deposit, and traveled to the salon only to be cancelled on upon arrival. No phone call to mention anything had come up or changed but instead one where she stated that she finished her clients early and if I could come. Although I attempted to accommodate her early arrival request I could not, but was still ahead of my original appointment time. I let her know that I would have to come at our scheduled time. Her response was that she had a sick family member and had to go. Why this wasn't mentioned when the original "come early" request was made, I don't know. My hair would have taken a few hours so I would think she would have cancelled the service from the beginning if there was an emergency. No apology, no reschedule, just a mention that she does walk-ins on Fridays. If your looking for common courtesy or any type of real professionalism look elsewhere!
