Came in from out of town and had two broken natural nails that I needed fix plus color change.I googled nails shops around me and found Queen Nails.I seen they closed at 7 pm and I called them at 540 to see if they were able to take me I'm still they said YES as long I make it before 6.I told them I was on my way and got there at 557 as they where closing all the lights and ready to close.I told them if they where closing they said yes and I said I just called they said sorry but they are closing.I literally hauled 10 minutes from the other side of town over to the nail salon for them to say this.I am sure they closed early since Sunday they are closed.I found another mail salon open until 7 pm which took me in.Unprofessional if they wanted to close early all they had to say to me is they are no longer taking walk ins.
Awesome. SABRINA. The shop manager was SUPER FRIENDLY, personable, and hardworking! I made an appointment two separate times, one for a manicure and there other for a wax. (They DO NOT do Brazilian or bikini area) Both pedicure and wax was great, fair priced and time efficient for my schedule. Honestly probably some of the best nail and wax service I've have ever... and I have been to some FANCY PANTS places. I completely recommend this place... especially love that there is no language barrier and I can ask for exactly what I need! Go now!
This place was very clean , which is a plus! It had a good variety of colors and they do dip, acrylics and everything! Very friendly and knowledgeable and Homest! If they say it's a 20min. wait it is!
