Overpriced. Nice environment, but not worth the money. I felt they really didn't care about what I wanted and were disappointed I only wanted a regular manicure/pedicure. Very disappointing.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, seems like this place has gone completely down hill since I left town. The experience my mom had today was unacceptable. We had been going to this salon since it opened and never had any issues until today. Sanitation does not exist, the lady who attended to my mom didn't line the pedicure bowl with liner claiming they do not do that anymore nor did she put the sani tablet..... just put your feet in a dirty bowl? What the fungus, I think not! Then when she asked the lady to push her cuticles back the lady refused to continue the pedicure any further and passed the job onto her colleague. Her colleague explained she was frustrated because didn't know any English at all, which is completely fine.... But leaves me to wonder if this lady even has her license to do pedicures/manicures if all the schools and refresher courses are in English. Once my mom was finally able to sit back at ease to enjoy her pedicure this man starts freaking out claiming my mom splashed him in the face with water. He made a scene yelling at her to get out and to never come back.... All this is included in your $55 local spa pedicure. Save your time and energy from coming back here.... Although the options are slim in town, consider another local shop or indie artist!
First time in Texas and I will say fantastic experience excellent customer service great work would definitely go back if ever in that area again.
I've been sitting here for 45 minutes and no one has even asked what I want. A lady here just complained because she has been skipped for a pedicure like 3 times. They don't have a sign in sheet or anything so they rely on memory to pick who is next. No one greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. The staff is not smiling at all. No one wants to be here lol
