I've been going here for years, always ALWAYS great service. They are kind and friendly, and if you go often enough they greet you by name and ask about your family, I always feel welcomed there. Sometimes they are busy, to be expected - it's a great place, so I try and go when it's less busy. I've tried several in town and pedis are far better at Queen Nails.
I only went because I was with my granddaughter who had a gift certificate for the salon. Horrible manicure, asked for gel, got dip. Color wasn't what I picked out and staff was rude. Never again.
I really don't understand these reviews on here. I love this nail salon. They do an amazing job with the designs and the polish lasts unlike other nail salons I have visited in town.
I have traveled all over the US and the ladies here are the best I have encountered, always friendly and professional to everyone that walks in the door. I wish I could take them with me to my next job across the country.
Huge Mother's Day Fail. Had reservations today for 11 am. Showed up early. Told to come back at 12. Um no. We had brunch reservations at 2pm. If you cannot accommodate do not take reservations. Thank you to the salon at Walmart who worked to get us all in.
