Been going there for years. Everyone is very friendly and the salon is always super cute.
I recently came into Rick & Company for a massage because I hurt my back a few days prior. I figured the massage therapist would focus on my lower back where the injury felt the worst. But as it turns out, with this type of injury there are several tight areas in other parts of my body that needed attention and my god did Karlee know them all! I felt as if every single part of my body that needed to be massaged received amazing treatment. Very much looking forward to my follow up appointment because now a couple days later, I feel so much better. Karlee is the best and I can't recommend her enough.
This a review on the customer service. I called in twice and spoke to Mindy. I believe that was her name. She was so polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! I was able to purchase a gift certificate over the phone with her that was sent out in a timely fashion just in time for Christmas!
Wonderful massage from Cindy at a very good price!! Only issue was occasional noise from the front desk / lobby.
