My first experience was great with who I assume is the manager, I got a long full set acrylics with gel polish for $55 before tip. Seemed fair and I loved my nails! my reason for never going back or recommending this salon again is when I went for a fill with my friend who had gone with me the first time as well and was charged the same $55, we were now charged $65 for a FILL! I got sat a table and was ignored the entire service while my artist was yelling on FaceTime and kept slapping my hand because I was too nervous to relax! Stick to your prices on the board and I might have gone back but with the horrible service and me not even getting nails close to the picture I asked for is ridiculous.
Reasonable prices, adorable staff, great service and I am always happy with how my nails turn out. First place that can give me a pedicure that I don't end up with ingrown toe nails. They know what they are doing.
**NO** STARS THIS PLACE IS A FKN JOKE! My daughter paid 90$ for nails she didn't ask for. She told her long she have her short, she asked for pointy they gave her box. When she asked for them to be fixed she was told NO!!
Kalie was my nail technician today. I had a manicure and pedicure for $50 plus tip. I wanted acrylics put on my two large toes and she said she could not do it and I let it go. After looking at my nails, it is clear that I need to have another pedicure done. There is a big chunk taken off my big toenail and it visible. I went back to the salon to fix the problem & they were so nasty. I would never go back to Ivy Nails.
I normally like coming to this place but today when I was there they were so busy that they did such a shitty job..they rushed my pedicure and my friends so they could get the the next group..i made an appointment a week before and I felt like I was a burden on them and I feel like they tend to take on more people then can handle. if I make an appointment for two people I expect both of us to be seen at the same time. Not one person and then the other..such terrible customer service!!! money hungry people and don't care about the experience of their customer!
