I am shocked to see all the negative reviews on this establishment. My mom and I have been going to Queen Nails for 2 years and we've always had a wonderful experience! Julie is so nice and I love chatting with Trish who does my nails!
First and last time coming here. Very unwelcoming from the very beginning. The tech barely wanted to ask about what services I wanted and was very short in communication. Very rude! I'll spend money elsewhere. Do NOT WAIST your time or money here. I left and got Zero service as the hospitality was a negative ! Zero Stars, if I could!
They charged me 45 for gel nails, came back and charged me 55 for my toes?!? When I asked it was 20 less yet they charged my bank 55.... keep an eye open for how much they're actually getting from you!!!
My mom took my niece to get her nails done and it was supposed to be $10 for fingernails $15 for toenails but they charge her $52 because they said she was a tall big girl so just be aware if you have a little girl that that is tall they will charge you more body shaming is not okay
I love getting my nails done here! Trish always does an amazing job! They are always kind and considerate of my time and needs. I have seen them deal with some extremely difficult people with kindness. Yes, some of the girls don't speak great English, but there's always someone who can interpret/answer my question/help out. The facility always clean and comfortable.
