You have to be very careful what you say in this salon, they will ban you as a customer if they or someone in the salon does not like what you are saying. To make matters worse, when they tell you they no longer want you as a client, they give you no reason other than you said hurtful things and someone was hurt. Not sure what and when that happened, and who was "hurt", but they really need to confront one when this occurs. Banning you because of this with no proof, time, or chance to defend yourself is not right and UNAMERICAN. Time to move on!

My daughter and her friends went there for a birthday. She showed the nail tech a picture of what she wanted, but the shape and length were nowhere near what she asked for. After she was done, I went in there to kindly let the manager know that she was disappointed and the nails were not what she asked for. The manager implied that it was her fault because she didn't speak up that they cut the nails too short. They also didn't file them or shape them properly. She asked for round and they made them square. The manager then said her nail bed was too wide. She has small nails. Isn't it the nail techs job to ensure the customer is happy? The manager was not empathetic to the situation at all and was very rude. She offered a 10 dollar credit to which I shared I wouldn't go back (so thats not helpful) especially after reading the other negative reviews. After I left, I went back in to ask a question and they were talking about the situation loudly with all the other customers there.... not professional at all. Very interesting and not customer friendly experience. Bottom line, if you go there... it's your job to ensure they know what they are doing... showing a picture is not enough. You must walk them through what you want.

I went to this nail salon to get my nails done for my nieces wedding. I had an older gentleman (station 4) do my nails. I found him to be rude and demeaning to me. He then proceeded to file my nails so roughly that three (3) of my fingers started to bleed. My nails hurt for days after, I don't know why I didn't say something when I was in there but he was so aggressive with me and he spoke down to me. Then when it came time to pay, he stood there with his hand out with a weird smile on his face waiting for a tip. I guess the reason that I didn't make a scene was that I was there with the wedding party and everyone else seemed to be having a great time. I didn't want to spoil the experience for everyone else. I would NOT recommend this place, especially this older gentleman. The cuts on my fingers have healed but the memory of his aggressiveness is still there. DO NOT GO HERE
