The Owners of QUEEN NAILS in Winston-Salem, NC on Patterson Avenue have declared that they love and support Trump, despite his racist rhetoric. They are supported 100% by minority customers. I have decided to update my review and downgrade it to one (1) star because I believe it is unacceptable behavior for a business that is supported solely by minority customers to speak about supporting a political candidate in their place of business who has encouraged violence against minorities and won't denounce white supremacy. As for me and my money, I'm done with them!

Queen Nails is the SPOT! My Aunt Jackie was a regular and faithful customer for over 20 years until she made her transition from this earth, and my mother has diabetes and won't let any but Lisa touch her feet because she does them so well. My sister and I both just moved back to Winston-Salem, and now we are faithful customers. Yep, it's a family affair. LOL Kim keeps my toes looking good, and that thorough massage she will make you fall asleep!
Yes, there can be a long wait if you come during the week on certain days after 3pm. They have a loyal customer base, and you will see those chairs full of people waiting for their turn to get fly. Queen Nails may not have all of the bells and whistles of a fancy shopping mall nail salon, however, they keep the shop clean, the staff is friendly, services are reasonably priced, and they are great at what they do. Needless to stay, I believe Queen Nails is worthy of each of the five stars I have given it. Go see for yourself, then pass it on!
