VIDA Salon - Cherry Creek in Denver, CO

Awful and rude. We were late for our blow outs, which I understand can be an inconvenience for everyone. However, when they called to see when we would be there, I stated I was trying to find parking and they said "sounds good, see you soon." 5 minutes later, after paying for parking and running in, she told us they couldn't do the blow out because we exceeded the 15 minute policy. Again, I understand the policy but this was never stated to us while we were scrambling to find parking. She was rude and unprofessional to us. This was the morning of my bridal shower and she turned us away. It was really stressful. I will never go back to this location.

My first visit to Planet Laboratories and I must say it was a pleasant surprise.  I was greeted with promptness and genuine smiles.  I was there for a color.  Renee was fantastic!  The shoulder massage was a perfect start to a great experience here.  My hair color is perfect.  Renee is my new stylist moving forward.  Thank you Planet Laboratories for making my visit there a wonderful experience.

one of the WORST and INEXPERIENCED stylists and receptionist I've come across. I would highly recommend doing your research before coming in. I am always in the public eye and its important for me to be put together. I came in here with my mom because both of us wanted to receive bangs. My mom went to one stylist and I was put with another. Both my mom and I showed the same picture to both stylists, but mine didn't quite comprehend and grasp what I wanted. Again, lack of experience! I asked for more of a longer bang rather than a flat across bang, which she clearly couldn't deliver. I was balling my eyes out and there was nothing I can do. When I called back the next morning the same receptionist picked up the phone and she clearly lacks in customer service. I had told her that I saw on you tube that it is possible to get bang extensions and the soonest she was able to book me in for a possible consultation and maybe having me pay for the job they did wrong was 5 days out. I asked to speak with the owner and she advised me he has nothing to do with salon (I have recordings of the whole conversation). She said she runs the salon there, I asked that I am very unhappy and I prefer so speak to the owner as she again denied me. Kelley is the receptionist so beware because as of this morning she claimed my bangs are exactly the picture that i asked for, which i gladly will post on here.

To the OWNER: Ramon, I am not sure if many of these messages are relayed back to you, but I did see you in the salon yesterday as you had greeted my mother and I. Its just unfortunate as your receptionist claims, you are unable to interact with your clients, especially the unhappy ones. We are a small neighborhood in Cherry Creek and I've been living here for over 10 years. Most of the businesses want there customers to return back, as it is such a competitive market. I would have thought you wanted the same. I am very disappointed in the services I received and the way I was treated.

I hope this review helps new clients looking for a salon in the cherry creek area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it.

For MEN'S HAIRCUTS I go to JAMES TYLER. He is the VERY BEST, time after time. The very best. I am very hard to please on a consistent basis with haircuts but he does his best work each and every time.

FREE CLEANINGS in-between haircuts also extend the value of my haircut. From day one until my next cut, my hair is always fresh.

The rest of the STAFF is extremely FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. They are kind and always work around my schedule and greet you with a smile!

I love Planet Laboratories. They give me a reason to come back every time I come in.
