Quality Nails in Kansas City, MO

Their sign says they are open till 6pm but I went at 4pm and their door was closed. They were inside but didn't even bothered to address me at all. Well, I guess they don't need my business and I don't need them either.

I just moved to this area from Overland Park. This is my first time at the nail salon and I wasn't pleased with the service I received. I'm a salon owner and hairstylist of 10 years so I understand how important customer service is to a client. The technician that did my pedicure wasn't welcoming at all. She didn't make eye contact, she was very rude to me. I asked for help turning on the massage chair and she ignored me. She was being super rough with my feet. The color I picked out was a color that I normally get at my old salon. The technician made a comment about the polish not  looking right on my toes. That could've easily been fixed by applying a white base first and then the light pink, but hey what do I know ? ‍  I didn't want to be difficult so I just let her pick a different shade of pink. After the service was over the technician just walked away to the register without saying a word. She seem super irritated for some reason. I'm 9 months pregnant so I take a little longer to get up from the pedicure chair. She never offered any assistance to help me out the chair, put my shoes on or anything. Not that I asked but to me that's common courtesy. She never discussed a price with me she just ran my card. The basic pedicure I received was extremely overpriced!  I don't moms paying $50 plus for a deluxe pedicure not a basic pedicure from a rude technician. I do not recommend this nail salon!

Do not go here. The sign on the door says by reservations only but that's not true.

I just moved and decided to give this one a try because it's close, never again. The have a total of like 15 dip colors and clearly don't do them often. But the big issue is the sanitation procedures. No hand washing required, seats clearly never cleaned. The woman dropped a paper towel on the floor, picked it up with her toes, and then tried to use it on my hands. The place is disgusting and the services are overpriced. $50 for a dip manicure where I had to settle on a color.... Absolutely not

If I could leave no stars, I would. All employees were rude. I was told my skin was too dry and that my feet looked terrible. I am a 26 year old who routinely gets pedicures but I decided to try this place out because I just moved to the area. I made an appointment but once I got there I was told that they didn't have time to do the pedicure and manicure. Overall, the sunflower they drew on my toes just looks like yellow lines and my finger nails are crooked. Way too expensive for how you get treated.

Awful awful awful I went to a gel manicure and the nail polish is already peeling off. Also to add insult to injury Susan and her staff were VERY RUDE. They have a limited color selection and not worth your time or money. Do NOT give these folks your business
