We stay here often and Management is always awesome! Front desk people have always been great. We usually don't think twice about the housekeeping staff but since we didn't have a fridge this last time we stayed, we returned back to our clean room and Kendra had gone the extra mile and put our drinks on ice for that day...it was the sweetest thing ever!
It is a typical Hampton Inn. The service was on par with most Hampton Inn's. Although our tub in the room had a bent floor. It made it awkward to take a shower. Room 127. The breakfast was good. They also have a nice work out room with free weights. The pool and hot tub area were also well kept.
One of the worst Hamptons I have stayed in. The Staff is unfriendly and uninterested in dealing with customers. The rooms are outdated and smell musty. The room was dirty. After leaving I completed the review send by Hilton. After completing the review i got an email from a Teri Zanger apologizing and offering me Hilton points for a free night. After about 45 days i still don't have my points and no response via email from Zanger. Won't stay there again.
The only options we had was holiday inn and this hotel and holiday inn was sold out. This place... what do I say ...the staff were nice but it definitely definitely needs updating .. the lobby was good but the room could do with an upgrade n soon...And I can't stress that enough...They do have free breakfast n tea n coffee all day long . The tea selection is really good .And the location is pretty close to restaurants nearby . The river is nearby if u want to take a stroll.
Great people but our room had furniture that was "dated" But overall a nice experience.
