This place seems like it would be wonderful to go to the atmosphere is beautiful equipment looks upscale beautiful chandelier, but . Customer service is horrible pricing for your nail is horrible. They start by saying when you come in and asking about price it starts at $40 for a Fill in so I thought I only had to pay $40 They charge you extra for your own nail being long or short. Which they don't tell you at the beginning of sitting down Depends on how much they charge. I never heard of that before till now I had to wait they sat me down like if someone was about to do my nails, but I had to wait there for about 30 minutes. The old man that did my nails He finally acknowledge that I was sitting there. The man at the door had already help me pick out my color and told me I could get what I asked for when the old man finally came over he said he couldn't do it, so I asked the man at the counter that been helping me I told him he said he couldn't do it, then I politely told him you can put a color, then the polish I picked then he said OK, and began doing my nails. He yanked on my hand pulling me close to him. pinching my fingertips really hard as he doing my nails I asked him was he going to leave my nail the way that he did it he said let me do my job before you complain. I politely said I'm not complaining. I'm just asking then he left me for 30 or 45 minutes to go to two other customers before coming to finish my nails and then when he put me under the dryer, he left me did not come back the man at the counter came and put the oil on me and told me to go wash my hands, them man that was doing my nails he wrote what he charge me on a piece of paper facedown when I took it up to the counter the initial payment was supposed to be $40 the minute the counter man said it starts at $40 what he wrote on the paper was $55 and then he came back over to let me know that he charged me 55 because of tip on my nails which I politely told him these are my real nails they just have overlay there's no tips added on and then he said the length of your nail that's why $55 never heard such a thing about your nail costing more I don't mind paying $55 if I'm getting charge what I got had nothing added to my nails and I don't have very long nails, and I told them I could see adding for the gel polish. That's what I told him that's fine but paying $55 and you didn't do anything extra to my nails, I just got a feel in so I politely told them I would never come back to this establishment I paid the $55 and I gave the old man that did my nails five dollars I wore and y'all do not go to this establishment they overcharging for doing nothing extra and he didn't put enough acrylic so you would not see the old acrylic or even filed it enough down so you couldn't see it I will leave a picture so y'all can see how it looks

I went in for a fill some of my nails had lifted but instead of soaking them off the man who did my nails shoved another fake tip under my nail. Not only did he damage my actual nail to the point of blood. He just continued on like he didn't just rip off part of my damn nail. I went to go get a new set this week at a different salon because of the service and my nail tech found that my damaged nail is now green and yellow. Disgusting I have to now go see a doctor to make sure it isn't an infection which it probably is. An infection means improperly cleaning of nail tools. So unsanitary...rude, overpriced, and my nails lifted within two weeks. Never going back.

I am a 65 year old, educated professional. I had the best new SNS, Ombre nail set, 3 weeks ago. I went back today for a fill. I had the worse nail spa experience, in my life. The technician did everything I asked him not to do. No sense of professionalism. Never bothered to measure the length of the nails. After starting on me; he started another nail request...going back between the two of us. I spent the entire time, corralling him to address basic obvious and standard treat protocol. I asked him to remove the resident of nail polish he left on the tips of my fingers...to no avail. This is the 1st time, I refuse to tip, bad work. I have no intention to return. My nails look like a DIY project. Not a good look!

Oh my this is a horrible place. My friend and I thought we would get a medi / pedi. The girl cut me several times on the medi. Now my hands are stinging. The paint job looks like something a kindergarten could have done. I paid for a pedi it took all of 10 min to just rub lotion, no nail color. My friend who goes here all the time asked for a couple of people she usually uses. They were not in. She just wanted a fill in. The girl soaked her in acetone for over 30 min. She kept asking the girl doing her feet. This is not how they usually do it. They ignored her. She asked for funny Bunny White and the girl went and got glitter white. Said this is just the first coat. Completely ignored her. Back to her fill-in... They ended up putting powder pink and white. Bubble up and rounded on the top. Look like the worst fake nails. I would suggest you go to English speaking spa. These people pretended like they didn't understand us and did as they wanted to. Run because they will overcharge you and not do as you ask.
