Customer service is awful. One particular technician is rude, mean, and not polite. She is especially rude and mean to the elderly. I saw the technician be rude and actually cause pain to an elderly woman. You could tell she was talking about the lady. She was twisting the poor ladys feet, which was painful to the nice lady. Never recommend them. If you are a senior citizen stay away
Been to a lot of nail places locally. I will say this is the cleanest I've seen. It's always a gamble if there is a wait. Sometimes I walk right in and other times I wait 30 minutes. All the staff are friendly and I've never had a bad experience
Horrible she filed my nails down so bad they were left raw ! I asked for the first picture and didn't even get close to that. I didn't even want them to fix it because my nails hurt so bad.
I called and tried to set an appointment and was told to come in they weren't busy. Little did they know I was already outside grabbing a coffee at a Starbucks next door. I arrived and every tech was busy. So I had to wait for a good 20 minutes. Why lie? Just make the appointment. The guy that assisted me was drenched in the smell of cheap cigarettes, he also kept coughing without covering his mouth and was the only person not wearing a mask. He didn't do a good job, it was a lazy job and very overpriced. Also, Why charge to remove gel if I'm paying AN EXTRA 20$ to put it back on! It seems that in the Imperial valley all the nails salons do this. Why lose business and clientele? Make an affordable menu don't charge extra for little things that should be included in the service. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone.
worst pedicure! I asked for the deluxe pedicure and the lady just removed the gel polish and started painting my nails. She realized she made a mistake when she looked that everyone's else exfoliates and follows the steps to for a pedicure and continued to finish painting my nails and did everything half ass.
