Rose did an amazing job! I went in with horrible nails from the previous set I had done. She took care of me and made my nails look beautiful. I will definitely be going back.
I came to this nail salon and will never come back. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory towards customers. I witnessed multiple staff discriminate a customer who was there getting a pedicure. The customer was humiliated because she had Parkinson's (a brain disorder that leads to uncontrolled shaking and stiffness) multiple nail technicians stopped working on her, telling her "I am not going to work on you because you shake too much and do not stop shaking" the lady was trying to explain her condition apologizing and was humiliated left sitting there soaking her feet for multiple hours. I even witnessed the manager (who would not give me her name when I asked for it) tell her that she would work on her shortly but left her soaking her feet for more the two hours. At one point the customer began sobbing. I felt terrible for witnessing this and not speaking up. I should have left and feel terrible for not leaving. In addition I witnessed the staff work on multiple customer and not wash their hands when moving from one customer to the other. I am appalled and will never be back to this place. I recommend you stay away from this place.
Every year around holiday season I always make sure to stop by regal nails! Rose is by far the best nail tech I've ever had. She is kind, funny, artistic, and really precise with her brush. Look @ the pictures I posted like wow! I'm so in love! This custom acrylic nails was worth every penny. I definitely got a lot of compliments. Rose did a fantastic job. I am definitely coming back! 10/10 would recommend this place ! Ask for rose!
Went to get my nails done and Rose did an amazing job. Never had someone put so much effort and care in my nails. She was so nice and accommodating to my needs and I will definitely come back again. Found my nail salon that I will be coming back to.
We're full time RVer's so finding a good nail salon is difficult and why I use Yelp so much. I tried several in El Centro and was disappointed. This is located in the Walmart in El Centro. Rose is very good and has provided me several different manicures. I have been very satisfied with her work.
