I have been using PT Salon past 5-6 years , Dimpi is the best be it threading , waxing or facial ,very gentle hands. I took my daughter for her 1st eyebrow appointment and Dimpi was very patient with her.Good customer services too, don't mind rescheduling the appointment , overall have been having a satisfying experience everytime, highly recommend Dimpi and PT salon.

I've been coming to PT Salon Pleasanton since back when their prices were $12 for eyebrow threading. They've been pretty consistent with quality of service. I wish they updated their websites with pictures and names of their aestheticians and when they're available. Since the Dublin and Pleasanton locations are about a mile apart looks like they move around between the locations. Also I wouldn't recommend coming in without an appointment if you're in a rush as wait times can vary from 5-30 minutes since they allow walk-ins for all threading services and they are often staffed with only one member.
I moved recently and have been visiting pt salon. It has been great service! Recently I had my facial with Navjot and she was really great. She took her time and gave a good facial massage and listened to my concerns as my skin is very sensitive.
I just left PT Salon after getting my eyebrows completely ruined. I am not one to complain over petty things but this has become a norm everytime I visit this location. They always have someone new working there. Whenever I've complained to them in the past they make excuses and offer me to not pay. Money does not bring back my brows. Please be mindful of this, next time you decide to visit this business. I will not be returning to this place and will be pursuing further legal actions against them.
