Lavender Oasis Nail Salon in Pleasanton, CA

They took me last minute but the nail tech had no clue what she was doing so Mimi had to come and fix her mistakes. Mimi didn't do much better as she ripped up at least half of my cuticles and I got cut multiple times. I halfway liked the shape and how thin they got my hard gel nails but there was break in the gel not even 24 hours later and then a full crack in one of my nails a couple days after. Very unsatisfactory. I still decided to tip, just not much and they had the nerve to look at me sideways. They're lucky I paid at all, these were my birthday nails and they got ruined.

Been coming to Lavender Oasis for almost a year now and I love them! Super easy to make an appointment online and everyone there is so sweet and accommodating. I get the hybrid TAP gel on my nails and Loann does a beautiful job on my nails every time, she's amazing!

First time here and would go back. Called for a same day appointment for a regular polish pedicure which they could accommodate. I selected the milk and honey pedicure with no extras, in total the pedicure took about 75 minutes. The milk powder was added to the water. She took her time with each step, left the warm towels wrapped around my feet and legs for a few minutes, used hot stones, and the paraffin wax. This place felt clean with their tools (could use a vacuum behind the pedicure chairs though) but I would go back again. The staff was friendly throughout the experience and I was offered a bottle of water during my service. They offer 5% off if you pay in cash.

I live within walking distance to this salon so it's my go to salon when I feel like pampering myself. The prices are affordable and the service is always, always superb! I usually come in for an acrylic set and don't have to wait that long, if at all. They have a wide range of services along with gel/polish colors. Most recently I went for a walk-in appointment during the weekend right before Christmas. The staff didn't once complain and had a welcoming attitude despite how busy it was. I didn't mind waiting and thankfully they didn't either! They even stayed later to finish up my services. I cannot stress this enough when I say this salon offers the best customer service and results I have ever received in my years of going to nail salons!

Hey Mimi! I've tried a few nail spas downtown, but I highly recommend this place! I'm picky about who does my nails, and I'm really happy with this place. The store has a bright and cozy vibe, and I absolutely love their Lavender pedicure and manicure by Mimi. It's a splurge, but totally worth every penny. Thank you!
