Providence Spa & Nail in Ridgeland, MS

I have been coming to Providence for about 6 years but the more I come , the more I see something I despise.. RACISM!! They want to tell you what your getting ad not what you ask for . When you oppose they get upset . Some are nice and some are use down right rude and nasty. They forget who's keeping them in business. It's black people and you trust to be racist against those who supply your paycheck. Maybe one white person, a few Latino sisters but you think your better than the ones who feed you ad your not legal. We trying to help you bcuz we( black race)  know how it feels to be looked down on becuz of color. My last visit becuz this guy here took the cake today ... Never Again‼

I been going to this nail salon for years and now they just getting very unprofessional. I was waiting at the nail salon the next person in line at that but they decided to let somebody skip in front of me. I was being very calm about the situation up until my grandmother tried to explain to the first worker and she didn't even let my grandmother finish her sentence and totally cut her off and said okay. That was strike one. Then again my grandmother tried to explain to another worker and she proceeded to act like she don't know what's going on.  I come way down the highway to go to this nail salon and get treated like this. They didn't even try to help the situation at all it was just whatever to them . Every time I come to this nail salon someone getting skip. It's never the workers trying to help the situation. FY: they don't even need a one star

I live in Memphis Tennessee but I'm originally from Jackson and I came last weekend to take my niece back to school shopping and to get her nails done at Northpark mall. Within a week one of her nails broke completely off so being that I'm back in Memphis I had my mom take her there today to get the nail repaired. They had my niece and mother wait 45 minutes for a nail  repair and then when they were called back the tech was rude and accused them of being at the wrong shop and lying. My mother FaceTimed me and I told them I could show the charge on my credit card statement. They kept acting like we were lying and said that she needed a refill I mean who needs a fill-in after only one week? I will never go back to this establishment with my niece. We will definitely find somewhere else to go. They were rude and unprofessional and he had the nerve to call for the manager who never showed up. I wish the manager had a showed up because I don't appreciate you calling my mother a liar when I can prove I was there a week ago and paid.

These "nail techs" are pathetic. The work is sloppy and ugly. Will. Never. Go. Back! My niece and I both went here and both our nails are ugly and sloppy and Yes, I did let them know this! If you want good looking nails, do NOT go to these clowns. 0 stars. Not even one. Not good at ALL! They should actually close down for being this terrible.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Very disappointed by the poor customer service. I thought I had found a routine nail shop. The owner, Amy, is the rudest. I definitely not recommend them given the numerous nail places in the area.
