I requested a full set at 7:10. When I was told that they don't have anyone to do it I asked what time they closed. They close at 8. The vibe was upper class, and nice. However, there is only one tech that can do a full set. The owner lady got an attitude and said they couldn't do it. There was only 1 person in the chair and had 5+ techs sitting around.
Like come on. I know it as late but the service and time management was crappy. Do better!
I walked in at 7:08pm. The time they posted for closing was 8. I was denied service because "no one can do acrylic" and "by the time we done with this customer it will be time to go". I watched 5 employees just stand and watch as if they couldn't help or as if they were too busy. I don't normally write bad reviews but something about this felt racially motivate. if it had been 7:30 or later I would have understood but I'm following the hours you guys posted. I was really looking forward to finding a new nail salon in my new city but ig it won't be this one.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They were very rude as soon as I walked in the door. I told them I had an appointment at 3 and their response was, " We don't care, the wait is twenty minutes." Walk ins shouldn't come before an appointment especially when it was planned a week prior. As I sat and waited, I heard how they were talking to other customers and it was very rude and uncalled for. After I waited 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, they finally did my nails. The man that did my nails went so fast that my nails look bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In the pictures below are what I wanted them to look like and the second picture is how they turned out.
I went here despite the poor reviews. I was expecting the worst, but it actually wasn't bad! I waited for about 15 minutes (no appointment) for a full acrylic set. It was pretty busy, so I wasn't surprised with the wait. He overall did a good job. It was not absolutely perfect, but good for the price! This is a good place if you need your nails done in a pinch or don't care about the minor flaws (a little acrylic on my finger)!
The area the is nail is in its too elegant for the type of service this salon provides. The service feels very transactional and rushed. The lady started on nails and walked away to do someone else's nails without notice. Just horrible service overall.
