Buyer beware. Their membership program is a rip off. As a member, the benefits aren't worth how much you're charged a month. Their pricing is far more expensive compared to other reputable nail salons and have no reason to be as they don't stand out in any way. The nail techs are what makes that place worth going to but I can't justify going there anymore after I canceled my membership and was denied a refund of my $300+ balance on my membership account by Scott. Read the fine print. Lesson learned and I will never go back to Prose Nails again.
Thank goodness Nail Bar opened up a location close by. I'll be taking my business there. :)

I felt scammed. They charge to remove dip powder if it's not through them. Upcharge.  I was told they didn't do regular gel nails that I had to do dip or hard gel. Upcharge. Then the next time I was there, I see another customer getting gel polish. The nail technicians have a hard stop at 7pm so they will rush through the job and leave out parts of the service you booked. Just not worth the price.

I was in great need of a pedicure and wanted to try a new place. PROSE Nails had great reviews and a nice website with reasonable prices clearly posted. I decided to book an appointment online. I went through that process of creating an account, entering personal info, selecting my service and add ons, selecting a date and time, and then I clicked "Reserve". So it then took me to a flashy, confusing screen with a countdown timer for how long before my booking expired (5 mins) unless I confirm NOW, and a ton of other information. It was unsettling. After getting oriented to this chaotic page,  I saw that the service fees listed were MEMBERS' fees and, therefore, as a non-member, the cost of my service will be actually be higher at checkout than shown on my reservation. "Check the box to show your agreement...." Wtf? Really?? I felt so tricked. Why the hell would a company insult potential new customers by immediately forcing them to become members (which also carries fees and obligations) or else pay some *undisclosed* higher price that will only be revealed after the services, upon checkout? NO THANK YOU. I don't go to businesses that undermine my trust, lie about the fee I will pay for service, or use sneaky insults to promote some membership program. I cancelled my booking immediately and consider this a lesson learned. No PROSE, thank you.

BUYER BEWARE!! I enjoyed talking to the staff. I think they all did a good job...some definitely better than others. I have very soft nails, so the manicures don't last long on me. That is not their fault. That is just the nature of my nails. I canceled my membership because it became too much of a burden. The discontinuation process is a complete and total rip off! Despite having paid through a full month, the instant I said that I wanted to cancel everything went full price! I do not think it was done fairly. So they get to charge for a full month but not give you the discount for the full month.

After being a member for over a year prose decided to change their membership structure and we had to part ways.  The pricing if your a non member is not competitive with other salons.  I truly enjoyed my time as a member but the membership price in contrast to other nail salons isn't worth it.
