I have been going to Pro Nails since I have 10 years old (probably younger). They are the nicest and most professional ladies here in St. Helena. Lily and her team do an amazing job at keeping the salon clean, full of zen and relaxation and offering the best nail services here locally so me and my gals don't have to travel too far. As a local, I appreciate all Pro Nails does when I need a last minute mani/pedi and they always make room for the services you need. It's a tad pricey but I am more than willing to give to support local businesses and keep this amazing salon around. If you need your nails done, GO!

My nails were getting long and I had a few hours to kill. I decided to walk in, no appointment. I was greeted and told I had to wait. No problem, nice comfy lounge you can sit in while you wait. My nails were attended, and I was not cut nor did I bleed! That's a great sign, it's happened at the fancy spots so this place must be the best. It's a cash only spot, my only regret was not having cash. They trusted me which was nice. I went across the street to an atm and paid. $50 for mani and pedi. Not bad deal, it's about that much everywhere. I'd come back.

First mani/pedi with "Le" was awesome. Great massage and really nice pedi, smooth smooth smooth. Called yesterday for appointment with Le specifically. Staff arrived late. When I got there, no Le. The manager is the owners sister, and kinda snotty. When I reminded her I had made an appointment with Le, "Oh she no longer works here". Pedi water was cold, got that heated up. I was then attacked by the manicurist. Very painful, even when I asked her to ease up, she sanded the heck out of my skin. I like a buffed unpolished nail. I could have done this myself better. Uneven, rough finish and not buffed. Gotta find another place, pain shouldn't be involved and you shouldn't need to go home and do the job over. Cash only no parking
