I went for a mani/pedi last week. The girl that took care of me (I'm sorry I forgot her name..started with a D) was really sweet and she did a very nice job. My problem was being charged $30....yes $30 to remove my gel polish. I understand it takes a bit more time & work but $30 is ridiculous. I will not return for that reason. Just a suggestion, perhaps consider charging $10-$15 to remove gel polish...not $30
I left two voice mail messages to see if the salon could accommodate a wash and blow dry the morning of Christmas Eve and instead of returning my call to tell me they were full; they had me drive to the salon to tell me in a cold and unfriendly manner they were full.

My hair got severely damaged, colored very different than what I asked for, and now I keep having allergic reactions to the toner and hair dyed the hairstylist used on me. I nicely told them my allergies, pictures of what I wanted, and now I'm left with less hair and a burned scalp. I'd been here a few other times and had no issues with my hair getting lightened and cut, but I don't know why this happened. Did I mention my hair was falling out and no one would tell me the names of the chemicals used, so I could tell my doctors so they could help treat me?
