pro nails in Milford de is the worst place on earth so dis respectful and never have anything available to get in and get done the worst place to go I don't recommend them to anyone

Just had a mani pedi at Nail Art in Milford DE absolute worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten.   Staff in a rush to get you done and move on to next customer Sloppy mess on my toes Manicure just awful had to remove polish when I got home Don't waste  your time or money here Salon is not clean either

Now taking appointments only!  Yay! Went back after a long time because i didn't like the wait (before appointments) here so I  went to a different salon and they did a mediocre job for lots of money.  Then I came back to Pro nails and am so glad I did.   Stephanie is wonderful and did a beautiful job on my pedicure.  I went on a beach vacation and It lasted in the sand and saltwater as well as going barefoot a lot.  Then my toes continued looking good for a long time and I had regular polish - not gel.  Stephanie got rid of my nasty callouses, applied the color perfectly and massaged my legs so well I felt like I went to a spa.  We talked a bit and she's really nice.  She seems to be very friendly with all of the customers!  I highly recommend Pro Nails and Stephanie!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The way y'all did my sister was DIRTY. Claiming her nails were too short for a design. If you don't have your license to do nails then just say that...? Anyways. Upon arrival and being seated, my sister (who is a fucking sweetheart and doesn't like upsetting people) asked for the swirl done as the photo (reference 1st photo, ie. Pinterest) she was denied and was told her nails are too short. That's a horrible excuse and if she's gonna pay for them then do what she wants to have done! Then she went ahead and found another photo for reference ( 2nd posted photo, ie. Pinterest) so she could get the colors she wanted and I guess that wasn't possible either..? Cause look at what they gave her!! (final photos,3,4,5&6, ie. Phone camera) this is ridiculous! I don't wanna find out how much she paid for these... don't go here. I wouldn't!

I was very disappointed. I was in Milford and needed to get my nails done before going away. I tried to get into a few places but they were all booked. Last who did my nails and feet was not very friendly. She swapped colors pretending to put together a matching set of gel and regular polish and after getting outside I realized  they didn't match. I stated they weren't the same which is when they guy started to tell her something in their language which is when she took two different bottles and brought them over. She said it's what was on my feet but it totally wasn't. Due to the lighting I didn't notice till I left. Gel mani lasted less than a week. Very disappointed.
