Peachy Keen Salon & Beauty Bungalow in Milford, DE

This is a reply to the owner. I figured I would do it here since I couldn't reply to you back from Google.  So here's the deal I called and made an appointment three days after my lashes were put on because they were falling out so rapidly   The date I was given was the earliest date that Miss Haylie could fit me in which was September 5. I had no choice but to take that date she had nothing available. I could've been in as early as the 24th as soon as I got home from vacation I could've came in she did not  have a spot for me. In addition to that , a day before my September 5 appointment I was texted by you guys to reschedule me for yet another day longer. I wonder why you did that now that I'm thinking about it was it to push me even further outside the allotted time? Probably so that you could charge me for an additional service. But she could not fit me in that's the only reason I was out passed the allotted timeframe. And on top of that, I HAD NO LASHES LEFT FOR HER TO FILL  because they had all fallen out. All of them out gone within one week.
Good business practice is that when you mess up you take care of it at no additional charge that's how a successful business is ran. I know this because I run a very successful business in Milford and that's how we do business. Regardless of how the economy is if we make a mistake we fix it FOR FREE Regardless of what the economy is doing.

Yes, Haylie did a wonderful job on this set of lashes and let's hope that they keep for longer than a week this time. I didn't expect a masters work. I understood that she was a novice that being said I still bought a $250 service from you and got nothing in return. Just to turn around and be charged another $97. And then let's talk about the fact that you want to pick out  the fact that I only washed  them three times. I was told not to do it every day by the third time of me washing them I HAD NONE LEFT . Lmao you're a ridiculous individual. And with the practices that you have in place, you're gonna be out of business in no time.

I had my third appointment there today. My first was a cut & color with Marissa, my second was brows and lashes with Milly, and today was cut, color & conditioning and tinsel install with Haley. Each appointment has exceeded my expectations. These ladies are easy to talk to, laid back & kept me laughing the whole time. They not only do a beautiful job on your hair, they are also welcoming, and empathetic to any insecurities you may have with hair or image concerns. You will leave Peachy Keen feeling beautiful!

She was incredible, she's friendly, has a great personality and very efficient.

Sophie is just the absolute best. I feel right at home every time I walk into the salon. Sophie is such a humble and graceful person. She is the eyelash queen! Sophie also does my hair and she does wonders and takes care of my hair! I'm all smiles!
The team at Peachy Keen Salon is definitely a family and you can feel it every time you step through the door. Love this place!
