I went here to get a good hair cut I had a girl named Elisa. shes really sweet but all she did was talk about her self and she smelled so bad that I had to go to the bathroom and vomit . She also didn't shampoo vary good, she acted like a know it all as well and she also gave another student dirty looks!
PJs college of Cosmetology in Beech Grove is a joke. The nail teacher never comes to school and literally makes rules as she goes according to students that she doesn't like. She bullies the students. I was a former student she bullied me they made me go to another school she bullied multiple students made them finish their last week at another school. She is not there on student start updates. She doesn't even want to teach the students. She tells the students that they can pay her extra and go to her house if they want to learn advanced techniques that are in reality just basic techniques that are in the book. The school is literally a joke would not recommend going there.
Terrible customer service and by the instructor no less! Horrible phone skills, had to call 4 times before getting info/appt. Instructor was quite rude and disrespectful. Took my temperature and said it was "stupid regulations" while her and several students either were not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. She did not act as a role model for the students before, during or after the cut, was not attentive to my haircut preferences and acted like "oh, I've done this a hundred times"! I give them a zero rating. Hair cut was not even with many obvious missed sections. Low price is not worth poor quality. I tipped the student because I was embarrassed for her experience as well as mine.
If I could do a zero rating I would. Horrible customer service. Online and on the door says closes at 5pm. We got there about 2:50 and was told they don't take anyone after 2:30. I asked why the sign says close at 5 if they really close at 2:30. No one else is served after that. She said I could have called first. They could have their information straight for people. Will be going to a regular salon. Cheaper doesn't mean better.
