Amazing service! The Kim and her employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! I've been coming to this shop for years because of their cleanliness & customer service, even when I moved from the area. I would definitely recommend.

Kim rushed me even though there were no other customers in the salon. Literally no one else. She also did not prep my nails properly for a gel manicure so I'm not sure if it will even last 2 weeks. As I told her you're supposed to dry the nail out with acetone then use a primer which will make the gel manicure last a long time. She did neither of those things. Yet she had the nerve to overcharge me.

I work right down the street from this salon. I figured I'd give it a shot because I love checking out other salons. Kim was amazing! I love this place. While getting my full set done, Kim and I held conversation like we have known each other for years. I will now be making this my regular salon to come back to and definitely going to tell my friends as well.

I ABSOLUTELY love Kim at Pro Nails! I've been going to Kim for over 10 years before she was even at this salon. I followed her along with many other clients. I don't live very close to this salon so I specifically travel here just for her. I've tried going other places just because they're close or needed a fixed nail and it's never the same! She makes every single nail perfect and can do anything you like. She is a very popular nail tech so you should definitely make an appointment ahead of time. (The prices are a little on the higher end but they last longer than other places and never lift or mess up! It's completely worth the money to not have to come sooner!) PS- Not that it's that big of a deal but Kim speaks completely clear English and understands anything you tell her to fix or don't like.

I've been looking for a good nail spot close to my new house for a year. Decided to give this one a shot. Pedicure was rushed. My feet are still rough. Was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. Mind you when I walked into the salon I was the only one there. The gel mani was sloppy. The tech did not take his time layering the gel and actually covered my skin then tried to fix it by digging with a tool and filing which made it worse all the while I'm pulling my finger away saying "ow!" I told him it needed to be done over. By now there are 3 other ladies in the salon. The tech named Kim had to fix it. Most customers seemed to be going to her. If you go book with Kim. My finger is cut up and sore. I won't be back unfortunately due to this experience.
