Brandi did a great job to my hair. This was my first time ever dyeing my hair and I love how it turned out. I appreciate that she took time to do my hair because my hair is a lot!! I got so many compliments  The only down side is it's pretty pricey closer to $550 with tips. Also she was working on other client's haircut while I was waiting on the wash chair. My neck was pretty tired.. My appointment was at 9 and I was done by almost 3!

If I could put a negative star, I would. Never Again! The worst experience ever, 3 hours and 15minutes later and $400.00 and she changed what we discussed and said she thought I'd like it and if not, we could wash it out, all without a quote! I wouldn't recommend this place or at least this technician to anyone. This was the first time I contacted the salon and asked about having a touchup, I was told they were about $95.00 and included a trim. They didn't have an opening until later in May, but had a couple of Booth owners, and could give me a # and check with them. I did and had Brandi tell me she could get me in on 5/2. When I arrived, she looked and explained to me the touchup and highlights, of course I was not informed that her pricing was completely different, but I had not a clue that it would be 3  1/2 times the original quote. I decided I would give it a try, expecting maybe $150 based on the initial information. She proceeded with me, then while I was processing, she had another client come in. She told me she would put me under the lamp in about 10 min. Well, it was at least  1/2 hr. and then put me under the lamp for another 20-25 min. she finished the foils on this other client, and while she was processing, she had me go to the sink where, I sat up with no back support, no leg support, (other people had support), it was very uncomfortable while she pulled/yanked the foils out, I don't normally have a sensitive scalp but this was rather painful.  Then I was told she would be right back, she needed to get more product because she missed some in the back of my hair. She went to the back, and returned, to put it on a back section of my hair and told me about 10 minutes. Well again, after 20 - 30 minutes or more, while she was blow-drying and finishing the other client, I was rather uncomfortable. Still no leg rest, I had to lean back into the bowl, which I could barely reach, and I have chronic migraines. After another 20 min. or so, she returned to rinse my hair and said to let her know if it was too hot. I told her it was too cold. No change. I couldn't wait to get out of there at this point. She went to get the toner, returned, and put this on and said it would be about 10 minutes. At least 20-25 min. later, she finally returns, rinses it out with cold water again. I told her I wouldn't have her trim it at this point and to only blow dry the bangs so I could see if I liked it. I asked her how long she had been doing hair, because? She said 7 years, and she had gotten bored with it at one time, but she was back to doing it. I was not about to have her perform anything else on my hair, and I wouldn't recommend Brandi at all. I sure don't have $385.00 plus a tip to waste on such a terrible hair do and experience.

HQ never disappoints. They are on the pricier side but it's worth it. I always find myself going back to them. I would recommend booking with Brandi. She was informative, and did an amazing job. Definitely exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find a hairdresser that will actually get you from a dark brown to blonde in one session.

I decided to try this place as it's next to my house. I've been getting the Pravana straightening ($250) for 10 years at a salon at the other end of town - with amazing results. HQ did a Yuko straightening ($430). My hair ended up worse, see pics. Jasmine was very nice and tried to fix in my second visit, to no avail. She said that my hair didn't turn out probably because I had the other treatment 1yr ago, the chemicals counteracted. Quinn (the owner) allowed Jasmine to gave me a $55 discount for not getting the results - my cost $375 +tip - and my hair is horrible and feels burned.
Since they charge so much, I expected a professional service and opinion. Apparently they are not that, they just like to charge a lot.
I should've just driven across town to my regular salon .... oh well, we learn, that was an expensive experiment.

Very classy and clean setting. Definitely recommend my hair cut was 40.00. It was decent!
