A regular manicure typically involves nail shaping, cuticle care, and the application of nail polish, which can last up to a week. A gel manicure involves similar steps but uses a gel-based polish and UV light to cure the polish, resulting in a more durable finish that can last up to two weeks without chipping.

Wished I had read the reviews before comin here. Got a pedicure done and was cut twice. I started to bleed and the lady applied pressure on the one toe and then continues to shorten another nail and cuts me and doesn't do anything until I tell her she did. Doesn't apologize. Now after 2 days I can not wear socks or shoes as they are very tender. I have never had someone cut me were it has been this uncomfortable and some pain. I'm praying they do not get infected.
This place is very sexist after waiting 30 mins and getting skipped over to work on women who came in after me I got up and left. The older guy refused to work on me even after being told multiple times that I was here first and to work on me
Seriously, how does this place have such bad reviews? Tried this salon for the first time today as it's a 4 minute drive from our new home. I walked in and got seated right away for a gel pedicure. The reviews almost scared me away but I decided to proceed because my lady, Jolene, was SO sweet and had really good energy. My toes looked great & I was enjoying my time so I decided to go ahead and let her do a rebase. Keep in mind, I have been trying out other nail salons in the area for months and have been so unhappy every time so I was nervous. I showed her what I wanted and she responded with confidence. She reshaped my nails from square to almond. The shape is perfect & clean, the polish is gorgeous and thin, not thick & lumpy like a lot of salons. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with the nails at each step. She didn't rush and genuinely cared about both me as a customer and the quality and dignity of her work. It's been awhile since my nails have looked this good. Ignore the bad reviews and book here with Jolene. See you soon!
This was the first and last time I went to this salon. I made an appointment to get a new full set of acrylic nails and once I arrived, on time mind you, for the appointment I had to wait an additional hour before I was seen. When it was obvious I was irritated and about to leave, they told me that my nail tech was ready and to pick out a color. They even told me to sit down at a desk for the nail tech to come over soon. But the entire time I was just sitting there waiting. The nail tech that finally started on my nails was working on a little girl's nails before me. When the little girl's nails were drying under the light the nail tech came over and started on my nails. She drilled off the previous color and cut off the extension of two of my nails. In the middle of cutting the acrylics off my nails, the mother of the little girl came up to us and asked the nail tech if she could redo the little girls nails because the little girl decided that she actually wanted fake nails rather than just painted nails. So the nail tech ( that already started on my nails!) told me to go back and sit down in the waiting area so she can redo the little girls nails!! I'm sorry but if that little girl wanted to redo her nails then she needed to wait until my nails were done or until another tech was available. The mother was rude to have interrupted us in the first place, but the nail tech was extremely unprofessional for making me go back and wait even longer WITH TWO FINGER NAILS MISSING. I was PISSED! I wanted to leave but it was the day before Fourth of July and on a weekend. So a lot other places were already booked and most places were closing early for the holiday as well as not open for the Fourth of July. So I was forced to stay there bc I was not going to leave with the color of my nails drilled off and two finger nails jaggedly short. I exclaimed how angry I was and so another nail tech finished my doing my nails. But she was not good. I always get long stiletto shaped nails. I've never had problem with shaping. But this woman was shaping my nails horribly. I had to keep telling her that the shape is wonky and not pointed enough. She had the audacity to tell me it's hard to make it pointy and straight because of the shape of my own natural nail. That doesn't even make sense! Again I've only ever gotten stiletto nails, I've never had a problem with other techs. She just didn't know what she was doing. I also had to keep telling her that she needed to put more color on the nail because it looked thin and you could still see my nail underneath. I want to add in here that I was also the only black person in the entire salon and the mother and little girl were white. So I don't know if that played a role at all of why they prioritized them rather than me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never coming here again.
I came to this salon very often with my friends and family in 2022. I recently came back. None of the original staff was there. When we went we were pressured to get upgrades. Even my toddler who just wanted her nails painted, they pressured us to do gel. They didn't honor our appointments. They overcharge and the quality isn't worth the price. I'm so sad. I loved this place but now it's not great and a woman there tries to bully every customer into getting more expensive services. My nails are cute but look grown out because the lack of detail. The new ownership makes this a place I will avoid. I don't want to get bullied and have poor service. Hard pass.
