I have been happy with my hair cuts. The last time Taylor cut my hair and I loved it. I got many compliments on it. On March 7th Taylor was not available so I booked with another stylist. I wanted to take my blonde hair to an auburn. Unfortunately for me, the color used, a Matrix color, was not at all the color I wanted. I wanted a warm auburn. It turned out in the end a cherry red. I also asked for highlights and they are look like strands of hair instead of highlights. I'm very disappointed in the color especially when I washed it and dried it with a white towel and color was all over the towel. Matrix is not a good hair coloring. I would never have my hair colored with it again. I called and complained more about the highlights and waiting for a call back. In the interim I plan to color my hair myself with an NA by color gels to cut the red to a warm brown. Good luck.

This is a excellent salon, and I feel they deliver the best services consistently. Tiffany, colored my hair and it was spot on! You know it's about how people make you feel that  you remember. This salon made me feel pampered, comfortable, and wanting to return. I also, have great experiences with Mariana, who is a great stylist and very personable. So far this is the best all round place to go to feel special and look great!

I've been searching for a highly rated salon, as it's been years since I've had anything done to my hair. I scheduled a wash, shampoo, condition,cut and style or so I thought, for Saturday March 5th .I also wanted to have a consultation about what type of color and such to choose for, when I come back to get that done. While, the stylist was super nice, she's didn't wash, or condition my hair. She dry cut it, (which I know some do) it literally took her 10 mins, to cut what was mid back length hair, to my collarbone. Once I got home, and tried to put it up, to be outside, I noticed long uneven pieces( the length my hair was before) I paid $50 for a 10 min hair cut, that doesn't look great because she seemed in a hurry . I wanted to love this place, and to be able to return.

I am impressed and have found a new place to go. Ashley listened to everything I said and asked my feelings on any suggestions she made. She taught me how to keep doing the style she did at home. She was friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be back!

I've come to Primp N Tease for almost 3 years. Mariana is the best, very fast and very good at what she does. Will definitely be coming back!
