Two (2) stars is being very, VERY generous, here. But, in reality, it likely reflective of Great Clips leadership. :/ The ladies, here, just don't seem to be interested in working let alone serving as hair stylists. (And, geez ... Would it hurt to smile, at all?) I've, now, had TWO "bad" haircuts, here: The first was just not knowing the area and, then, not succumbing to the fear of "How bad could a Great Clips -- complete with Clip Notes -- be?" coming to fruition. Wrong! An absolutely HORRIBLE haircut coupled with BOTH an arrogant attitude and the insistence that it was my head's fault -- and, then, an expectation of full pay. (The latter is NOT Great Clips' policy ...) I returned, reluctantly, several months, later, after an upper-level Great Clips representative confirmed that I, indeed, did receive a "bad haircut" and assured me that this would NEVER happen, again. Yeah, well, it did ... It was bad ... And, nothing appears to have changed. "Never" is an absolute; however, I'm never going back, here.
