Shyla gave me the best style and color I've had in years! My daughter, aware of the best that the Bay Area offers, noticed the quality. Shyla took the time to really style my hair - I've had great cuts from others, but it takes a stylist to bring out the best hair shape for a face and neck. She paid attention to the color of my skin and the background color of my hair to brighten it with realistic highlights for an overall fantastic makeover.

Super amazing experience!! I had extremely long, thick, very blue hair that I had unevenly bleached and dyed myself. Shyla took the time to get my hair to a really beautiful, more natural color without totally stripping and damaging my hair. I've had so many compliments already in the few hours since I left the salon! This was my first time going to a nice salon, and I was wary at first, but Shyla was so sweet and easy to talk to (as well as obviously extremely competent) and made me feel really comfortable about the entire experience.

I went into Prima for a facial, and to get my brows done, I had never been there before but my friend recommended Brianna. I'm so happy for the recommendation! The experience was amazing and my skin is super plumped up The best part about it was the amazing facial massage. She spent a lot of time and care with that and that is something I really appreciate. Also, I'm super happy with my brows. Brianna is a doll, I can't recommend her enough.

I just had my hair trimmed by Mallory. Besides being a lovely, positive & chatty person she gave me a fantastic cut! Sometimes my straight hair ends up annoyingly uneven, not this time. Her scissors confidently flew every which way, and then she styled it nicely. I ended up with a cut I'll be proud to flaunt in front of my judgy relatives on Thanksgiving. Also, Prima has a convenient location downtown and is in a darling building. You'll like it there, everyone's really nice!

I hired Mallory to do my hair as well as the hair of members of my family on my wedding day. She did a great job!! Everyone thanked me afterwards and were very happy with how they looked. To add, my wedding was on a very hot day and our hair was still looking good towards the end of the night. Mallory is great to work with. She is easy going and tries to understand what people want. She is also well organized and plans her time very well so the experience ends up being very pleasant and relaxed. To add, her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her!
