Came here once and never have u felt so cared for before. I've been to many mail spots ( ik from sj ) and the amount of care they have for their costumers is amazing . This place doesn't have a lot of staff so there is a wait and better to call to make sure they have time. I got a pedicure here and they really took their time and effort to make sure everyone left happy . I got a pedicure here I believe it was 50 or 55 for the hugest option with gel polish . And they cleaned out my cuticles and were verry precise with their application the owner would coke around to make sure each guest services was up to her expectations. Verry kind people here and I would def come again and recommend
Always a relaxing experience where you aren't rushed in and out. They continue to impress me with their attention to detail and will adjust to meet your needs/expectations. I had to get pedis at other salons which left my nails thin. They made recommendations on how to improve the health of my nails. The owner is friendly and personable. It feels like a spa experience with reasonable prices.
They double book, customer service sucks. They scheduled an appt at 3 and 4 comes around and still waiting. Cleanliness is sub. Time wasted.
This is my second time where I've been waiting for over 2 hours for them to finish my paint on my toes and neglecting to get to my manicure. They take turns on you and then spread themselves thin helping other new customers coming while forgetting to finish the customers that have been waiting to be finished in their chairs. Got into the nail salon for my appt at 11:40 didn't get witted until 12 and it's 1:30pm and my toe paint is still not finished. Have to leave for an appt at 2 so leaving this place unfinished.
