I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I luv getting my nails done here. It's not only a few minutes from my house (very convenient) but all the staff are so friendly. I can make an appointment right away. Li my nail guy is an artist. I always get so many compliments on my nails. He is always up for a challenge with the designs I want. My Halloween nails were my all time favorite!!! Oh and my Christmas ones too!!!

So we just moved in from hawaii and im trying to find good nails and spa since i'm definitely an ingrown lady so i have to do it regularly. Since we all know that finding the best is one of the hardest. Until, i found this Polished too nails and spa!
Just by entering the spa u will feel the wooww feeling, as their facility is soo nice and elegant, they have a very accommodating staffs.
I went there with a very bad ingrown.
One lady took care of me but she find it very hard to take it out, until this lady MICHELLE come to us offered help and just by saying "don't worry i will help you" makes me feel so relieved! She really did it, her hands feels so soft and gentle, i never feel any pain at all.
She is super nice and accommodating. I really really recommend her if you guys drop by to polished nail and spa. Look for MICHELLE and you will get the best treatment you can have! Super worth it
I will definetely come back for her every 3 weeks to get my nails done.
If you're looking for a nail salon in the Green Valley area look no further. I called Polished Too asking what I am sure is an annoying question, "Can you do my hands and feet at the same time?" Vivienne gave me the $65 pedicure option (Signature) and I added $5 for gel removal which she stated clearly. Sound silly but I really like that she verbally told me my pedicure was going to be $70 before I started. Katie, the owner of the salon, came to give me my coffin shaped full set. Both of my services were perfect. I really like that Katie triple checked that I was comfortable with the length and they are the perfect thickness. The service ended with a hand massage. Vivienne gave an actual foot massage alongside the included stone massage and I was incredibly happy! I also feel like the pedicure was a great bang for back. I felt like every time I looked down she was applying a new product or wrapping warm towels, or wiping off another mask, it was great! Lastly, what a beautiful environment! Great massage chairs, easy parking and kind staff. Katie seems like a great business owner! I'll be back!
The staff was nice and accommodating but I am very disappointed by the quality of the products. I went in on a Monday and it's Friday and my nails are all messed up. I will be reaching out to them to see if they will repair them, if they don't correct their mistake I will not be going back.
One of the nails had ridges from not being properly dried, everything is chipping and falling. For $100 this is horrible.
