Pedicures are 5 stars here most of the time, I've been coming here since 2020. This is the first time I decide to get acrylic because I was so desperate for a vacation. ALLLLLL of my cuticles were cut bleeding and now I'm in so much pain, you can see how red and inflamed they are. The shape was wonky but my anxiety wouldn't let me tell the lady I didn't like them. I could get past the shaping but the cuticles PAINNNNN .

It cost me $25 without a tip, just to paint my nails, no removing old gel polish, no filing, no shaping, no nothing, just polish!!! Ridiculous

there pretty loud if you'd like to relax don't come here. this lady has been eating at the front desk for 30 minutes. it seems like there making fun of customers. my lady left me forever ago she hasn't come back all she's done is take the polish off my toes. She's definitely nice.

Yeah don't go here, total waste of time unless you have 40 minutes to spare sitting there. Not really sure what appointments are for if they aren't honored. I am one to understand if a place is busy, but please don't make appointments just to get someone in and make money when you know you're busy. Nobody said anything to me either until they had me sit at a pedicure chair and wait. Me and another girl came at same appt time for 11:30am and I left at 12:10, other girl was still sitting there as well. Called Luxury Nails & Spa down the street and they had me in immediately with great service. Go there instead :)

So I've been coming here for the last year now consistently with my mother for manicures and pedicures, and I can say honestly that, like some other salons in town, your experience really comes down to who you end up with. There are some techs that are better than others. The massage chairs are hit or miss. Some tend to be broken. In the year I've been there, I have yet to sit in the "fancy" chairs (as my daughter calls them). The pedicures have been pretty reliably steady as far as who you get. I have yet to get a "bad" or painful pedicure. I always get gel pedis, and I have no issues with them lasting or chipping. I've tried all the menu options now, and they're all quite nice, but the hot stone massage is my favorite! The manicures are probably the most irregular and are dependant upon who you get as a tech. I've had acrylics, dip, gel, nail art, and nail repair. I would say that most are pretty average/normal experiences. I've had one experience that had me thinking I was going to swap salons though where I needed my overlay removed, and I stupidly got talked into gel builder, which I didn't like (and was considerably more expensive than my normal overlay), and the tech was very rough with my nails where they felt weak and sore for quite some time after. Since then though, I've had good experiences. Personally, my favorite tech is Eva. She does a fantastic job, is super nice, and I trust her with my nails!
