They have a horrible service they made me a manicure in 5 minutes and it was the most horrible manicure I've ever have the guy was rude and he was so fast they have the worst service ever l'v never coming back to this place
I do not recommended. I went on friday afternoon to get a pedicure and the same night, the gel polish on two of my toes were missing. the next day almost all we're missing. very bad service and do not recommend spending $32 for a pedicure here .
I was recommended by a friend. She said crystal usually does her nails. I walked in with no expectation. The place wasn't the best. Definitely could of been cleaner but again no expectations. No one greeted me. Once I signed the sign in, I noticed a few people had just signed in before me. So I asked the girl on the right side ( which happened to be crystal) approximately how long she believed the wait time would be. She said about an hour and that I had to wait there in order to be kept in line. No problem, there was no chairs to wait so I asked if I could sit in the empty nail center. No one asked what I had on my nails no one came to look at my nails. Basically no one paid any attention to me. 45-50 mins later, I asked a gentleman if I should soak my nails while I wait to speed up the process. To my surprise I was told that they do not remove dip power ( which is what I have ) that it takes about an hour- so I said well I've been waiting about an hour so that's probably something I could of been doing since I got here. He said no no we don't do it. He suggested that I try to removed them myself. I asked if he could repeat himself just in case I misunderstood him. So I asked if that's normal practice because they could of told me before I waited for an hour. To which crystal replied that I could of mentioned it also. Again I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Keep in mind that I didn't care if we did gel or acrylic or just a manicure at this point but they just refused to soak my nails to remove the dip. Extremely disappointed.
The prices are reasonable. I felt i got what i paid for. The girl who did my nails was friendly and we talked the entire time about just random things. I loved my Barbie pink nails. The owner was friendly as well and i could tell his employees loved there job.
