Great customer service. Lupe did my dip powder mani and gel pedi. She was friendly, efficient and thorough. Staff was professional. Salon was clean and organized. I recommend this business!

I did not have a great experience. It was my first time and I booked an acrylic short full set with regular polish and deluxe spa pedicure. First walking in the vibes were nice until the tech and the owner came to me and asked me over and over if I wanted to gel x because basically they didn't have to time to do a full acrylic set. I said no and wanted to stick with that I booked for. The tech that did my nails was very nice but the application was lumpy and the shape was very uneven. I was not happy at all with my set and the tech just continued to say "ever since gel x came out they're messing with the acrylic" so that was just more reassurance for me that she knew it looked a mess. As I was getting my toes done the owner could hear me talking to the tech doing my toes about the poor nail job  and she knew I was not happy with the outcome. She then came over to look at the set and agreed it was not the best and offered for me to come back the next day to see a different tech and I agreed and still paid for both of my services in full. I did like the tech that did my toes she was very nice, fast, and neat. I was not able to make it in for my nails to be fixed and I appreciated  the incentive but I wouldn't recommend this place. Overall I just feel like a client should not leave feeling unhappy about services.

I called for apt at 230 and she said come right in. They were busy and not ready to see me. I could of run other errands. She sat me in some water that quickly got cold. 45 min later my toes were like prunes and I was chilled despite asking for more warm water. The nail tech does not focus on customer comfort but only required steps of the service. The small pink buffer hurt the tops of all my toes. She paid no attention to where she was buffing. The volcano massage is meant to pamper but the hot towels not wrapped w a dry towel quickly get cold and serve no purpose on legs. She wanted to start acrylic w lotion on feet and legs instead of doing hot wax. My feet were getting cold. I had to let them know they were not catering to the client pampering. She didn't know how to do the foot parafin. It pooled at my heels and my toes didn't get any. If the tub was empty I could of had my foot down and gotten covered in the wax. Also leaving the plastic out after doesn't trap the heat for therapy. Wax goes quickly cold and voids the purpose. (I'm an ex nail tech) During the foot scrub she paid no attention to the soft inner middle of our feet and hurt me. Again she is going threw the steps w no thought to pampering the client paying upwards of 70$. After arriving at 230, I didn't leave my pedicure until 530 and my booty hurt/was asleep. The owner isn't even a licensed nail tech so has no idea how to do the job. Every time I have been there it's been dead. Quite poss it will go out of business soon due to quality issues. After a year in business..it should not be dead inside. Very Very disappointed. Oh and don't drink the bougie. Tea..tastes like dirt.
