My nails are so damaged. They dug way too deep into my real nail with the saw machine. The new salon had to take the nails off it was so bad. He said they also put the nails on so thick it was hard to get them off. Never again. $60 for pain.
So slow and my nails turned out absolutely terrible. The acrylic was overfilled and hurt my hands. I spent over 3 hours there and unfortunately I was unable to effectively communicate my concerns to staff.
The Polaris Nail Salon should be closed. Nobody speaks English. It's deeply dirty. The furniture is filthy. The service is horrendous.
Visiting from out of town. Bad Customer Service. The staff left me waiting while other customers with eyebrows and pedicures allowed to jump ahead.
Wow, should've checked the reviews before I chose this nail shop. I needed a gel manicure but I also needed the old gel taken off. The nail tech was an older gentleman who understood very little English which I found out after having to ask him at least four times for what I wanted done to my nails. I requested that the old gel be soaked off but he proceeded to remove it by drill. So another tech heard what I was asking and translated it for him. So he soaked it off in acetone. After soaking in the acetone he proceeded to try to push back my cuticles which was extremely painful since acetone is drying. I asked him to stop so that I can just pay for the removal. On my way out another tech asked why I didn't finish and I explained to her what happened. She got me a new tech who did an ok job, not good or bad. While the new tech did my nails, I watched the staff speak in their language and one even pointed at me. I ignored it,payed and tipped the guy and left. This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I'm embarrassed for them.
