I went here with my sister In laws and I am so baffled! First off one of my sister in laws went first and yet lady did not listens to her while picking out her color. She wanted nice but said she was too "young" to get so she have her baby pink?? Then proceeded to cut her 7 times. Mind you they were deep cuts. And her nails looked like bubbles and her designs were not good at all. Then I went in and I wanted almond shape but they look like circles. And it was not what I wanted. I asked for really gold tips and I did not get that. And my lines aren't clean. Never go here. I only went because I had a gift certificate. Never again.
I had seen all the negative reviews but my friend convinced me to come get my nails done with her for prom and I loved them. This is the only place I go to get my nails done, they were very kind and accommodating and the nails always turn out great.
The man who did my pedicure and painted my nails was quite rude. Would get angry when I didn't place my feet the way he wanted and would get mad when I wouldn't relax my hands. I have had many manicures and pedicures and never had this issue. He rushed me and my mom and the quality of his work was bad. My nails looks terrible, I could do much better myself at home and saved the $55 or gone somewhere else with much better quality service and workers.
I decided to try their deluxe pedicure, well they did not do a "cooling foot mask" as stated on the description. It also said "end your pedicure with an amazing massage", well we didn't even get massaged either. The person I went with wanted the regular pedicure, but the guy went ahead and did the deluxe one on her and they made her pay the extra money, even though we kept repeating she did not want the deluxe one. The paint on my toes looked like a kid could have done it. I had to ask him to file down one of my nails because he was going to leave it being crooked. We tried to use a coupon that we found online but the lady would not accept it, she said she thinks that her prices are already reasonable, when they are the same as any other salon. I do not recommend this place, I will NEVER be going back.
