Terrible, awful, horrible... Don't go here, there's millions of other tanning places in Lubbock that are 10x better. The employees are extremely rude and degrading. Their beds bulbs have also not been changed in what seems like years.
The customer service was stellar. I tanned for a month back in December to get ready for a New Year's vacation in Mexico. The manager/owner was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. I have pretty fair skin and my skin type is the type that has to burn a little bit before it tans, and she got me comfortably into the Sun Angel bed. I did that for a couple of weeks before I realized it wasn't really doing anything because it was a little bit too gentle and then I finally switched to a regular bed and started seeing real results. To the manage's credit, I was very afraid to get burned because I don't do well with sunburns, and I could've switched at any time if I had preferred to do so sooner. I suggest the Sun Angel to test your skin's response to artificial tanning, but try to work up to a normal bed. Also, try the sensor on other parts of your body no matter where it tells you to hold it. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you were trying to get ready for a vacation or a special event, and want a natural tan!
I love to end a long work Day with a quick hotworx cycle and/or a spray tan. The girls are always so friendly and helpful every time I come in.
