Unix Nails & Spa in Goodyear, AZ

I wouldn't even give this place a single star. Came in for a pedicure. She didn't even clean up my cuticles or anything. My 2 year old could probably paint them better. I had a chip in my nail and she was just going to leave it, didn't even ask me if I wanted it fixed or anything. Then when I addressed it she was going to charge $10 just to try and fix it! Are you freaking kidding me!

This was the worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had. This place advertises false pricing and has hidden fees. The people here are hostile toward the customers, the lady yelled at me and said my nails were ugly instead of taking responsibility for unacceptable work. My manicure looked as if a child did it, and she refused to put clear coat over the color on my pedicure. The most unprofessional place that I have been, and when I called them Back to give them the chance to make things right, she was abusing be, told me that my nails were ugly too wide and then hung up on me. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Today was my first time here on a whim. I've been trying a lot of nail salons in the west valley near this place and nothing has stuck. I came in on a Friday right when they opened. I was the only one there. The man greeted me and was very nice. I came to have acrylic removed, gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The cost came out to $60 for the service. I was in there for about an hour and 20 minutes. I must say it was nice being the only customer. The lady did an ok job on my pedicure but I really liked the gel manicure the young man did. The two were pleasant and I'm happy with the service and pricing. I'll probably come back again.

I've been going here for a few months now. Today I walked out very unhappy and won't be returning. I got a gel fill where I have paid $28 including $5 tip for the same exact service EVERY time. Today, the lady (the man always charges the same) charged me $7 more because she had to "cut down and shape" my nail. First, they're still long and second, IT HAS BEEN THE SAME SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I said something and she refused to change the price. I hate places that are inconsistent. They could've had a loyal customer but they chose today to rip someone off so I'm not giving them business anymore. And she did a bad job on the fill, they look like they need to be filled again and I JUST got them done less than an hour ago.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. They were both rushed. My manicure looked nothing like it did on the sample nails. Was never cleaned up around the edges. Very disappointed.
