Myself, wife and 3 daughters have been going for years. Great styling and cuts. Jim the owner is awesome as is all his staff. Professional, clean and a nice setting. Prices very reasonable.

I was introduced to this salon at a charity event behind the scenes, the salon staff did a great job with the hair styling for the event and were incredibly friendly. So when I was looking for a new salon for regular trims, seasonal styling, and upkeep of my color I decided to give them a shot. The exterior doesn't do the place justice, I never imagine how much larger the interior would be; the waiting room area with friendly receptionists offering coffee and wine while you wait, the full salon stations of cutting, style & washing to seating areas to have something to eat or drink while your color sets or lightens and shelves of high quality products. While it seemed pretty packed with clients, the wait time was limited and seemed to move along smoothly, they the stylists never rushed on their service & there was enough coverage to cover each client and those who could step in between to help with washing or blow drying etc., to keep things moving. I never felt like someone had forgotten me under a hair dryer or that someone was doing a rushed half-ass job because their shift was up or were too busy. I was impressed by the professionalism & talent. I went in with some seriously dark roots & embarrassingly brassy hair, expecting the same old color touch up I'd gotten used to since moving to the are, away from my old stylist. But my new stylist Holly, assesses the "damage", coupled with a few questions on what I was looking for and my usual hair routine, she suggested a change in routine that had an amazing result! The color has managed to last without fading from the cool tones or turning to brass, and my hair felt healthy & smooth for weeks. I got a lot of compliments after that visit. I can understand why it was such a popular spot. At the end, they give you this write up with hair products and care recommendations with your appointment card which I found appealing and a nice touch (especially from a marketing perspective). I'm looking forward to my next visit & many more to come!

This place is AMAZING. The owner Jim is remarkable. I have been seeing him for 7 years. His cuts are untouchable. Caitlin is fantastic at coloring, she can get that perfect blonde that you have always been looking for. They are worth every penny. Love them!

I've been getting my hair done at Phoenix for a handful of years by Caitlin and every time I leave the salon I'm so happy with my hair and how amazing the color holds up! Not only does Caitlin do an AWESOME job, but everyone in the salon is so great, and so friendly! My 6 year old stepdaughter got her hair done my Erica, and is always asking when we can go get our hair done by our favorite girls!!

I am always extremely happy with the service I receive at Phoenix! All of the staff are very friendly and very well trained. They demonstrate a passion for what they do and a commitment to please the customer!
