The woman in the first station has been incredibly rude both times I've been here. She has a horrible attitude and counts money from her purse and just shows it off and has a horrific attitude. I came in to get one nail fixed because I was catching a plane and did not have time to go to my normal salon. They did a subpar job and charged me $7 to fix ONE nail. $7!!! Absolutely do not go here.

I usually go to another nail salon, but I decided to try Phil nails because my coworker told me to go there. She said that they did a good job but the place itself was kind of ghetto. I don't mind the atmosphere as much as the job, and this job was horrible. I sat for two hours, half of it was me just soaking my nails off. She did a very bare minimum job and was extremely rushed. I went to another salon and basically was laughed at because of how horrible my nails were.
Subpar acrylic nail job every time I went. Sloppy polish, shape is never well defined. The last time, I developed a fungus between the toe. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I was recommended to come here by a friend and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I have tried 3 other salons in Muncie but they don't even compare to Phil nails. Tee did an AMAZING job and everyone there is easy to talk to and extremely friendly. I won't go anywhere else ever again, I highly recommend this salon to college students, they have great pricing compared to what you get at other salons. Tee is very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing!!!! By FAR the best nail salon in Muncie!!! I love this place!
